I’M Amber McMillan, known as The Feisty PM.

With more than 30 years of experience across profit and not-for-profit environments, I work as an impact coach, executive educator, and thought leader supporting leaders and professionals navigating complex change.

My work focuses on what sits underneath performance, how identity, worth, and internal alignment shape the way decisions are made, conversations are held, and leadership is expressed in real time

I don't teach leadership as a set of tools. I help people understand what is driving the way they lead. I work with people who are already capable, already high-performing, and already trusted, yet find that the way they have been operating no longer holds under pressure.

The Feisty Human Pathway is the result of decades of leadership, executive education, and one-on-one work with individuals who had achieved what they were supposed to, and still felt internally misaligned.

  • If you want to understand the framework before committing to anything deeper, start with the Foundation. If you are looking for behavioural change and desire structure with group accountability, the Cohort is built for that. If you are a senior leader navigating a specific situation that needs precision, private coaching is the right fit. 

  • No, each tier is designed to be complete on its own. Many people begin with the Foundation and when the framework brings results, they find themselves wanting practical experience and deeper insights to bring it into their specific conversations and decisions. They do this with The Cohort or Private Sessions, however there is no required order.

  • The Cohort runs for twelve weeks, with weekly live sessions of approximately two hours, plus integration practice between sessions. The work is designed to be applied to your actual life, so the practice happens inside what you are already doing.

  • Yes, sessions are recorded so you can catch up if life gets in the way. The structure accommodates real schedules but all sessions are most powerful when attended live

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • Private sessions are booked individually or as a package, depending on what you are working on. The work is tailored to your situation, so some clients use it as ongoing support while others come for a defined transition or decision. We will design the rhythm together after a discovery call to create something that works for you.

  • For the Foundation, you receive immediate access to the modules and can begin right away. For the Cohort and Private Coaching, the next step is a discovery conversation
